Refund policy

Every item is printed to order just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size chosen. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.


We'll make it right — free of charge — if your order is misprinted, defective, different from what you ordered, damaged in transit, or lost in transit (never delivered).


Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases there's no need to ship the item back. Refunds go to your original payment method.
